I represent that I am registering for this course with the intention of completing it and remaining available by email throughout the course. I understand that non-participation can lead to being asked to leave the course. I further understand that I may only receive a partial refund for withdrawing if I do so within the first week of the course. In the case of an emergency, I can withdraw and apply my tuition to a later course.

I understand that this is an intensive course requiring at least three hours per week of my time. I agree to read email regularly, participate in assignments, and respond to emails that ask for my response. I understand that failing to do so may mean not accruing CEUs and/or leaving the course without being fully prepared for the exam.

While participants in this course have had a very high success rate I understand that completing this course is not a guarantee of passing.

I further agree not to share the materials from this course with anyone who is not registered in it.
